Softbank, PayPal form Japan JV, target iPhone users
TOKYO (Reuters) - Softbank Corp said on Wednesday that it and eBay Inc unit PayPal will form a joint venture to expand Japan's e-payments market by targeting users of Apple Inc's iPhone.
